Jaguar Stepper Motor Gear
A small black case contains seven reduction gears. Carefully pop the cover, and you will see that six gears are fine while the seventh is broken. After two years of development, we had to enlarge the center hole beyond the original. The mold pin is so small that when the cavity is injected, the pressure pushes the center pin off-center, causing each new part to spin off-center. The surrounding gears will keep the gear from binding because of the way we molded the new gear. The oversized center hole is intentional and will work perfectly.
